Limited Warranty – 12 Months
Limited Warranty berlaku selama 12 bulan sejak tanggal pembelian dan mencakup ketahanan air atau waterproof pada box, selama produk tidak mengalami jatuh, benturan, kecelakaan, atau kondisi lain yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada kemampuan waterproof.
Garansi berlaku untuk pembeli pertama sesuai nama pada invoice dan produk harus didaftarkan melalui sistem registrasi garansi Coriaz.
Service Warranty
Coriaz juga memberikan Service Warranty, sehingga produk dapat diservis di Coriaz Headquarters dan tersedia spare part untuk komponen tertentu.
Service Warranty berlaku selama produk masih dijual oleh Coriaz dan maksimal 2 tahun setelah produk discontinued. Biaya spare part dan jasa servis mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku.

Warranty
Limited Warranty – 12 Months
The Limited Warranty is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and covers the box's waterproof performance, provided that the product has not been dropped, impacted, involved in an accident, or exposed to other conditions that may damage its waterproof capability.
The warranty applies to the first purchaser according to the purchase invoice, and the product must be registered through the Coriaz warranty registration system.
Service Warranty
Coriaz also provides a Service Warranty, allowing the product to be serviced at Coriaz Headquarters with spare parts available for selected components.
The Service Warranty remains valid while the product is still being sold by Coriaz and for a maximum of 2 years after the product has been discontinued. Spare parts and service charges apply according to the applicable terms.

- Warranty does not apply to products obtained through door prizes or discounts.
- Warranty does not apply if the product structure has been modified by a third party, including welding, cutting, adding, drilling, or other modifications.
